  • All items are custom made and require customer-supplied wording or artwork.

  • You will receive a digital proof before engraving. Your approval is required before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to reject wording or images that are offensive or inappropriate.

  • Payment is required at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or unapproved mockups.

Shipping & Returns

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

If your item is damaged in shipping or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping is available within the United States. Estimated delivery times vary but most orders ship within 5ā€“7 business days after final mockup approval.
